Total clown show. Purchased a car and someone there got my middle initial wrong. They called me several days later telling me it could be corrected online. Well because of fluctuations in interest rates I had to actually go into the dealership. I called and set up a time because I was a 2 hour drive away. I got there and of course they acted like they didn’t know I was coming. They told me it would be a few minutes. I then saw the finance guy in the break room shoving a slice of pizza into his face. they discriminate against women. they don't provide anything in writing showing the numbers. they just make them up. but when a man enters then maybe a woman might be able to afford a car with "his help" of course. never looked at personal finance just told the woman she needed 10k before he would "try". but wouldn't produce actual numbers. this was at the walker toyota. they are terrible, the lie.. they are misogynistic and don't understand how to be diverse

I bought a 2002 Volvo, S40 from Walker Toyota on August 20, 2022, for $3200.00. First, the master cylinder replacement, ruptured brake line-$399.14, timing belt change, seal replacements (leaking oil),- $1434.70, tune-up-$271.84, rattle sway bar links-$194.20, exhaust clamps-$105.60, passenger side wiper arm-$96.61. Purchased a car from Walker Toyota only for it to break down on me on the 5th day of ownership. When purchasing, the salesman assured me it had been serviced and a 150 point inspection had been done. On the 5th day of ownership, the vehicle had gone limp mode. I called the dealership and they told me to take it to a Toyota dealership near me. When the mechanic looked at the vehicle, he found bare wires from an aftermarket tuning chip that was installed incorrectly by the previous owner. He explained that this was something t... read more

my husband bought a 4runner for me this november and i was very happy with our sales person Rose. She was great, she explained everything to me about my new car. Purchased a vehicle from this Dealer. Salesman said vehicle had been inspected by the Mechanics, everything was fine. What a Lie. I took his word. Went to champions auto for a oil change and to look the car over it needed every Belt - hose- Brakes were almost gone. i could go on with the repair list. Still need Struts but my credit card cant handle any more.This is no Lie spent nearly 3800 to get Repaired. Purchased vehicle for 6000. Still need work. Mr. F*****: On lower priced (as is) vehicles we always recommend you take it to your mechanic before you buy because you never know what may happen in the future. That being said when you take it to some of the small auto repair places they sometimes try and sell you everything they can find even normal wear items that really do not need replaced at the time. Would be 0 stars if I could help it. Test drove a car Friday night, had to wait for our financing to process until Monday. Got a call from our sales guy saying they were ready to go Monday about 3pm so we left work early in order to go sign our papers. Dealership knew we were on our way and live 45min - 1 hour away and yet when we get there they tell us that they have now sold the car out from under us to someone else who came in 30 min before we got there to test drive it.
