Ever since they changed the office it’s not the same. I was told I owed a balance but they can’t identify what the charges were for. I lost confidence in the office manager and I’m moving to a different dentist after years of being a patient here.
I love this office (as much as you can love the dentist 🤣). I’ve been going there for over 20 years. Your experience starts with the front office staff and they have some amazing ladies upfront. I’ve never had a bad dental assistant, but my favorite by far is Tina. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable during my experience! It was my first visit with Dr.Barr and her assistant. My husband has been 3 times. We both have found a great dentist. My husband has had 2 cleanings. It has been a wonderful experience compared to what he was getting elsewhere. Everyone is professional and nice. If you don't have a dentist we highly recommend her.
