Javier was very kind & professional during my service call. He was also very informative.
Had my seasonal tune up, as part of my membership plan. My grandma was home fir the technician. He came inside checked the unit, went outside, and left. There was no communication with her or with me via email or text. Not sure what he saw or did, or if my unit needed anything. It was just disappointing the lack of communication.
