Kris was exceptional. He went above and beyond his job. I've had an issue with my outdoor faucet I've been trying to fix for a year now. He saw me struggling and happily jumped in to help. He had it fixed in less than a minute. If this is the kind of service I can expect I don't mind so much that it took so long to get an appointment. He can come service my air conditioner all the time.
Chris checked our A/C unit both inside and outside as part of our program with Paschal. No problems found that needed attention and he changed the air filter while he was in the attic! Thanks!
