Walker Air Conditioning has POOR customer service. I have a Home Warranty Plan with American Home Shield (AHS) and was assigned ****************** AC to check my AC unit. As per the agreement, ****************** was supposed to call me in 24 to 48 hours to schedule appointment. I never received a call.
