Walkenhirsts is the worst ordering I tried to get my son a package and they were so difficult to deal with and I will never order again from them and I will also recommend that you order for your family and friends from Amazon prime! They were so rude and difficult I hope this review is read!

This company are scammers everything in his cell i have had to replace at least 3x now he does not have access to a tv its only 2 year old a tv does not stop working unless it was faulty to begin with.For the past 3 years ive spent 1000s of dollars on this vendor makes me wonder if the merchandise is all goods that are returned.The only items i have not replaced are his bed and his sheet.They would not even replace his tv or refund me so I could purchase another one this is unacceptable families are being scammed vendors com... read more

I dislike the fact that they only have 30 days to get your money back. First they told me it would take 2 weeks for my husband to get his tv replaced there were issues with CD player didn’t work, told me they were waiting for a wire to be back in stock which we never sent no wire back only the tv then get told it would be in stock 9/13. Come 9/13 they don’t know when item will be back in stock and can’t give me a refund! It’s ridiculous!! This is the worst company ever...DO NOT USE THEM...I realize our lives ones are only inmates and $$$$ signs to you, but show some respect as a human being....PKG was ordered over 2 months ago, contacted company multiple times, repeated same spiel as before and STILL WAITING... WORTHLESS

I purchased my First and LAST BOX from Here! My Family received his package to find out that the cheese that he received DOESN'T MELT! 8BARS of cheese not one melted! It is unfortunate that I spent my hard earned money during these trying times. Inmate deserve a good quality of food as well....DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

I will never order from this place again. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. I've had nothing but problems. I ordered online and they sent it to a totally different correctional facility from what I selected. Then pretty much say it was my fault, but I have the email from my order and told them I could send it to them. but.. No they didn't seem to care. Not to mention the horrible service I had when I called it get it straightened up, then I was told they will get ahold of me when a tech comes in 3 days from now!! SMH!! The... read more
