Lived here for a year,the lease says no pets (with exception to service animals) neighbor across the hall had a supposed service dog and another dog who howl whine and bark constantly everytime they leave the home,they also rarely let their dogs outside so you can imagine the smell that lingers into the halls. I've made complaints about the noise and smells to the rental managers and property owners and they don't even bother to call me back!
