Lack of transparency with charges being posted. I called the Farmville office 1/27/25 for greater detail on the 2 dominion energy charges to my account, which total $667.15. These charges are more than my own electric bill for my entire house which has more square footage. The girl was very nice and expressed concern, and took my name and contact information, however today is 2/11/25 and I've heard nothing back. They are polite, attentive, and always glad to be of assistance. Any minor issues, they always answer the phone and help you. Plus, they are pretty transparent about any rules and expectations, and, they have been nothing short of fabulous to rent from since I had moved there in 2023.
Maintenance fixed all work order request in a timely manner. Greatly appreciated.
