Absolutely the worst apartment management team I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I’ve been a resident here for two years, and out of nowhere, they had my car towed from my own driveway all because of some new, barely communicated rule about needing a parking pass even in your own driveway. No notice, no warning, just a tow and a huge bill. It’s clear they only care about getting money out of their residents and couldn’t care less about actually helping or communicating with us. We had to move our son out due to his roommate smoked weed to a point my son couldn't stay there, ZERO help from management. Basically have been told not their problem still have to pay rent. Didn't even went to check.
So far the apartment has been fine, but be aware that they charge a full month’s rent for the first two weeks you live in their properties (on top of the security deposit). So you’re paying twice the already astronomical rent for the first month.
The tour was excellent!!! My tour guide , Leevi and Abby was very friendly and was extremely helpful and making sure I choose the best housing option
