I began leasing a one bedroom apartment in August of 2024 and have regretted it everyday since. I have not had a full nights sleep in months. The apartment is so worn down and dilapidated that it seldom works right. The floors are incredibly squeaky, uneven and rickety. My upstairs neighbor will walk around normally but the building is structure is so poor that it produces loud noises and shakes my entire bedroom. Extremely disappointing!! Young college students paying their own way amd don’t get their deposits back. There’s a big demand for rental property around college campuses. Even if they broke the lease that apartment is never empty. The units are extremely outdated and just Dirty!!
I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the amazing people who work in Bowling Green. They are the kindest people I've met. Always there to help
