I love the community here. Kira and Brian have created a unique environment that encourages their members and community to focus on self care and wellness. They have awesome events and are affordably priced.
This is a great wellness facility! Very inviting and welcoming as soon as you enter. I have taken a few yoga classes here and I have to say Carolyn is an amazing instructor!!! She has a perfect flow sequence of relaxation, stability and strengthening poses. She provides relaxing music as well as a “theme” for the class to allow yourself to really feel calm and at peace. I leave feeling much better and refreshed! Thank you Walk in Wellness for excellent service! :)
Such a beautiful atmosphere with lovely people. So many modalities in one place, and all the practitioners work to create a safe and loving space for healing �
This is more than just a clinic or wellness facility. This is a space that makes you feel welcomed, appreciated and seen. There are so many different modalities to choose from here. It is like an adult candy store! :) The owners Brian and Kira are so fantastic , so can see how they embody the idea of wellness by caring so much about every person who walks through their doors. come check this place out, even if you have no idea what you'e looking for but you want to enhance your well being!
