My wife and I just experienced the couples play work shop. We loved the host and their approach to help other couples to be the happiest couples ever is the best idea ever. My wife and I learned more about how to keep the spark in our relationship and have planned a few surprise dates :)

What an incredible experience! I attended Chakra Harmony Live! -Crystal grids-Breath activation & Sacred vibrations with James and Coltan. This was my first time and I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by very friendly faces. I was pleasantly surprised when walking into the yoga room when I saw cozy blankets and pillows. Walk in Wellness is one of the most beautiful and spacious studios in Phoenix, AZ. For a yogi who travels and moves around alot, this studio has everything for both teachers and students. The owner, Brian is super kind and easy to work with. I definitely recommend checking it out!
