Extremely Disappointing Experience I contacted this salon around 12:00 PM to ask if a stylist was available to do my daughter’s hair. I was told to “come between 12:30 and 1:00 PM.” I arrived at 12:33 PM to find the doors locked, which was surprising since the posted business hours (according to Google) indicate they open at noon. I went to get a sew in the lady told me to be there by 12:30 or 1:00 they open at 12 I get there at exactly 12:30 I waited till 1:30 and nobody show up i called the lady she said the stylist is coming she still didn’t show up I call again and asked when is the stylist gonna be here she said she’s figuring it out as we speak I wasted my time I do not recommend it’s called walk in weave but you can’t even walk in this is ridiculous never again worst experience ever

Online on the website it says it opens at 10 AM, it was not open so I called the number on the door . A lady answered the phone say they opened at 11 am so I left and came back at 11am and guess what no one was still there, so I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes before I called the number again and the same lady answered she was on her way after 45 mins of waiting, I left and went to 1234 Moreland Ave weave shop and got hair done less than 2 hours.

Very disappointed. The original shop is the first place I ever received a sew in. I was super excited to come back. I just came in on a Sunday to an almost empty shop. There was no receptionist and I’ve literally only been there once. The one stylist who was there has absolutely 0 customer service skills. What make yall think yall can be rude with nasty energy and still receive money for putting your hands in people head?
