Had gone for my pain. Assisted me with some prescriptions. The physician assistant went for steroid injection but said they have only torodol injection. As a diabetic, I have severe fever, diarrhoea and abdominal pain due to the injection. My physician says I should have not taken the injection and concerned why I am given the injection even after saying I have diabetes. I am afraid what has happened to my health as I have worsening symptoms.
This Urgent Care location is by far the worst ever! Went in to remove my wax in my ear and paid $25 co-payment did not do a good job, so I came back to next day. For them to do a better job the receptionist recognized me and said I do not have to pay $25 co-payment again. Well went in and still did a terrible job. A few days later I got a message stating to pay the $25 co-payment, I explained to them what the receptionist told me. They told me that I still needed to pay, so a few weeks later I did. I usually never leave reviews for urgent cares cause I’m so used to them. They get you in and out Don’t really ask you or try to figure out what’s wrong but Dr Kelly he sat down didn’t rush me and helped me so much he’s a very generous doctor offered me so much help I definitely recommend this place very sweet people. But doctor Kelly is my favorite he’s amazing Wish more doctors like him. As will as the front desk lady she is very nice to and the other female doctor both very professional and sweet.
