came here before.. very nice staff my last visit. i come this morning for them to be open at 8am it was 10:45 nobody was there & nobody was picking up the phone. stood outside for about an hour and still nobody. felt very ill & couldn’t even get the proper care that was needed. very unhappy with this experience.

I had to visit 1 time service was fast and the doctor was very nice and explained everything to me
I was from out of town and had an eye injury on a Sunday. I looked online to see if they were open and it said it was. But when I got there (paid an Uber) nobody was there. I called and no one answered. The windows were very dirty so I assumed they were out of business and just forgot to take down their Google listing. If you have an emergency I suggest going to Ohio Health Doctors Hospital. They were great and I didn’t have to wait to see someone. Very upset about Urgent Care, not cool!
