I had to visit 1 time service was fast and the doctor was very nice and explained everything to me
I was from out of town and had an eye injury on a Sunday. I looked online to see if they were open and it said it was. But when I got there (paid an Uber) nobody was there. I called and no one answered. The windows were very dirty so I assumed they were out of business and just forgot to take down their Google listing. If you have an emergency I suggest going to Ohio Health Doctors Hospital. They were great and I didn’t have to wait to see someone. Very upset about Urgent Care, not cool!
I got helped quickly. Everyone was kind and the provider was very attentive and helpful. It was simple paperwork and I didn’t pay anything up front. I definitely recommend this urgent care!
The sign says they're opened, and the website as well, but when you go there, it's closed. Stop misleading people!
STAY AWAY! I was there for stitches, and I had low blood pressure. I asked if I could eat something and have them take my blood pressure again, and they were ok with that. After eating, they lied and said that they never said that. They told me that they refused to help me and that they wouldn't charge me. I went to a better urgent care and they helped me right away.
