My minor son keeps getting covid tests we never ordered, we have never been to urgent care. He is getting them every week. I've contacted Medicaid they don't seem to care. Today I'm going to the police. I know it's a scam. They are stealing people's information and using it for what ever they want.
An unsolicited package with covid 19 tests. I can assure you the taxpayers don't appreciate you offloading your tests to the general public. When looking further into this company, their website is a 2/10. How can a professional medical company have such a piss poor website? When attempting to call them, it brings up a phone number to a coffee shop in New York. Then another in Indiana. When I dialed the number manually it gave me someone in India. Very unprofessional. Over charge insurance no call back for results. Referred me to pcd for medication. Made me swab myself nurse is there for show. I was my own doctor needs to be reported.
My experience was heartfelt with compassion. The staff was amazing.
