Waited over 5 hours in the parking lot for a covid test...
I had a problem with paperwork that needed to be addressed Immediately and I called them, I spoke with Agie and she was VERY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY but also PROFESSIONAL and emailed me the Documents I so Desperately needed. When I had to go there in November Jessica and Sue were great. I had my issues addressed and was in and out with Approx. 45min. . I was in & out within an hour. I felt comfortable with Nurse Practitioner Jessica. She took her time explaining things to me. She also made sure I had no questions before leaving. The receptionist who took my vitals & set me up in the room was very professional & courteous.
All I can say is WOW !! The Nurse Practitioner Vicki was amazing! I was in waiting area filling out paper work when a lifeless baby brought in. We were all afraid when she jumped into action and before we knew it the ambulance was there . Calm professional and above all kind !!! BTW I was still seen and cared for in a timely fashion!
I will never go to this Urgent Care facility again. I went on a Saturday late afternoon, after I knew that I couldn't deal with an issue the remainder of a weekend while dr's offices were closed. After paying a $50 co-pay, I walked away being told that what was wrong wasn't normal and to just see my regular doctor on Monday. After doing so, I confirmed with my dr that this wasn't out of their realm and should have absolutely been able to help me. I felt that I was more knowledgable than the "doctor" staffed.
