So today I went to the Urgent Care today with my son and I had my grandson and my other son so it was three kids with me. So I checked in as normal when I got to the back. The nurse asked me why was I there and I told her I said my son has a Star on his eye that was the reason why we was there because he had it for maybe a day or two but I just wanted to make sure that he got some medicine for his eye so with that being said. Why is this even called walk-in ??? The lady at the front desk was super rude. didn't even try to help usAnd the place is super dirty

I guess Urgent Care feels thier staff are incompetent of doing the job of checking people in, so they have to have someone from India, that speaks bad, broken english, to do thier job. What's that all about? So much for making U.S. jobs. It was so much better having a person behind the desk. You need to do better Urgent Care. You just took steps backwards. On a positive note, nurses, and medical staff are always polite and service and care is great. No complaints there.
