I went on a Sunday very ill and at my wits end. Told dr was on lunch had to wait and that was fine. But the administered all the rapid tests and never ask me my issues. Dr came in in say everything is negative, but I needed relief of some sort. No exit papers were given. Will not go back there.
I’ve come in here several times and have received great care for the most part. Yesterday I called asking if they could help with my issue they said yes I come in this morning and the front desk lady basically said it was pointless and was absolutely horrible to me. Not only did I leave because of her horrible attitude a whole family also left for the same reason. She was extremely unprofessional and overall had a horrible attitude. This Place is a bandaid station they give antibiotics when not needed. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you out the door. Absolutely do not recommend even for a ear infection. They have unqualified people working and giving injections. Definitely do not put patient care 1st or even 2nd.
