After 3 years the care has been on a steady decline. New nurse practitioner every other appt, medications not called into pharmacy when said to be done, new rules put in place for refills with 5 days notice before refill due and no time to get lab work done in time, but that is for patient saftey, not the driving panic attacks from not having the medication!!!!!
My experience with this clinic has been deeply disappointing and concerning. I understand that any medical office may experience occasional delays. However, when it comes to mental health patients, a lack of follow-up and communication is no longer a minor inconvenience it becomes a serious issue. One of my biggest concerns was repeatedly being told that **Florida law requires patients taking controlled medications to be seen every month.** That is simply not what Florida's controlled substance law says.
