You may feel better mentally, but the ineptitude of the billing department will erase all of that. Have been fighting with billing for over a year and a half for a bill I do not owe. They are going against the terms that they agreed to with Medicare. I have since filed a complaint with the Florida insurance commissioner and Medicare. Luanna

First off the front desk people are amazing. Just wanted to get that out before I tell you the situation I am currently dealing with. I was going to write this review last week, but I was giving them a chance to fix stuff. They haven’t, so here we go! This place is an absolute scam! They have…multiple times..forgotten to call in prescriptions for me. For over a week at some points. I’ve had to call back multiple times days in a row to finally get a hold of an actual human - almost every time they transfer you it’s to a voicemail. This last time, they schedule my appointment, I go, and then they say they will call in my prescription. Days go by and it’s never called in.
