You may feel better mentally, but the ineptitude of the billing department will erase all of that. Have been fighting with billing for over a year and a half for a bill I do not owe. They are going against the terms that they agreed to with Medicare. I have since filed a complaint with the Florida insurance commissioner and Medicare. Luanna

First off the front desk people are amazing. Just wanted to get that out before I tell you the situation I am currently dealing with. I was going to write this review last week, but I was giving them a chance to fix stuff. They haven’t, so here we go! I was told in April to do a urine test after requesting a PRN sleep medication for the days I had trouble sleeping. This place is an absolute scam! They have…multiple times..forgotten to call in prescriptions for me. For over a week at some points. I’ve had to call back multiple times days in a row to finally get a hold of an actual human - almost every time they transfer you it’s to a voicemail. This last time, they schedule my appointment, I go, and then they say they will call in my prescription. Days go by and it’s never called in. This is one of the most garbage offices I’ve ever set foot in. I was told I could go there for a $50 self pay EKG. I ended up taking my nieces and nephew with me because they are patients there and needed EKGs as well. When checking in, I told the front desk that I was there for 4 ekgs; the kids are patients and I am not. I told her I was there for the self pay option. She told me it was cash only so I had to go run and grab some. No biggie. Get back, give her the cash, confirm that the kids need the ekg also and sat down. T... read more

I have had so many bad experiences over the years with several different local offices. I had given up. I am so grateful that I found you all. It's been over a year and from the front desk throughout the appointment everyone is amazing. Thank you for all you do.
