IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! Do not come here, especially if you are private pay. The nurse said she was going to refill my mom’s Ativan. After waiting almost an hour for the script two people in “management” saying they can’t help and that my mom has to see a psychiatrist. We just moved here, have no insurance and have been paying out of pocket. First visit is $300 and every month after is $200. I explained whole heartedly we can’t afford it. This company is trash. In summary they just care about their $. Management like this should not be taking care of patient or even less mental Health services. Based on my experience, I would not remomend to no one. Some staff are very gentle. Providers works as a $ making machine.

I give a two stars cause The doctors and nurses here were actually amazing! However They (Company) keep your card on file so that when you schedule an appointment a month out and forget about it they automatically charge you $75 And then when you call They have nasty customer service to let you know that you’ve been charged and it’s their policy! It’s very disrespectful to take people’s money! We’ll no longer use this clinic.
Amazing care by my PCP there! Beltran is amazing.
