I give a two stars cause The doctors and nurses here were actually amazing! However They (Company) keep your card on file so that when you schedule an appointment a month out and forget about it they automatically charge you $75 And then when you call They have nasty customer service to let you know that you’ve been charged and it’s their policy! It’s very disrespectful to take people’s money! We’ll no longer use this clinic.

I had to wait over one hour and I made an appointment, not a walk-in. Then they scheduled me for a psychiatry appointment instead of a primary care appointment. The online paperwork is also very laggy and inefficient. It would be faster to go into the office than to fill it out online. The doctor was very helpful and fast when I saw her she deserves 5 stars. However the front desk staff was not helpful.
