My clothes were stolen by the security guard. They were really rude when I asked for them back. I was also hung up on by a lady that refused to give me her name. Very disrespectful staff. I highly encourage nobody to go here
I came in for detox and it was not impressive. I wasn't expecting a vacation at the Rittz Carlton by any means, but the lack of care was depressing. I was there for 3 days, and was hardly fed. No breakfast and no dinner because they "didn't have enough food". There was no more than 5 people in the unit... Lunch was 2 sandwiches with some sort of unidentifiable red meat and a slice of unknown white cheese and an apple. Otherwise they gave me boat loads of snack bag size chips.
