I came in today for a sleek ponytail and that’s what I got —along with wonderful customer service and hair education from Helen. This is a very lovely salon , clean and full of positive energy! I laughed so much throughout my service. Thanks Helen and Ms. Ava! Looking forward to my next visit. 😊
The service was overpriced for what was delivered — the quality simply didn’t match the cost. I expected a much higher standard given the price point. Would not recommend based on my experience.
Decided I wanted a change of look before my maternity pictures and made an appointment with Helen for a deep shampoo and condition, with a haircut. I had such a great experience from the bowl to the chair, she was very accommodating and executed exactly what I had envisioned. Will absolutely be going back again!
I visited on a Saturday afternoon. My mother and I stopped in last month for general information and were greeted by Ms. Ava! Ms. Ava was very welcoming and warm. She praised her staff, offered us water, directed me to the Salon's Instagram page, and made us feel comfortable ( my mom booked her appointment right on the spot and has been there twice so far).
