I was very satisfied with this clinic, especially because they are also open on Sundays. The receptionist was very friendly and wonderful, and Dr. Dabbagh was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They were a great help to me that day. Given how I was feeling at the time, I felt very reassured and supported. Thanks to the doctor’s accurate diagnosis, I am feeling much better now. Kind front desk people! But the doctor made a wrong diagnosis and insisted on her wrong diagnosis, essentially made my back pain more! Please Don’t go here if you care about your health.
I visited this walk-in clinic in Richmond Hill and had a mixed experience. The receptionist was kind, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions — I really appreciated her professionalism. Unfortunately, the owner, Ali, interrupted our conversation and spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner. His attitude was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.
