I can't say enough about how good my experience has been. Brought in my cat on Friday night on an emergency basis, and everyone was so helpful, patient, friendly, and caring from the start, which was exceptional given what a demon my cat is at the vet. And when things took a really bad turn, the staff really went above and beyond. I cannot say enough about how much Dr. Mostafa is a superhero. I feel like they did the bare minimum to find out what was wrong with my dog, it took forever to be able to speak with the doctor regarding the next step to take. My dog could of been saved if action was taken faster. Plus the doctor was extremely hard to understand. We ended up going to VCA on carling (loved it there) and they were able to find out what my dog had after multiple test. (He had leptospirosis) By that time it was too late and had to let him go 3 days later after hospitalization.
I must say this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an emergency animal hospital. From the moment we called to book an appointment, the receptionist was helpful and caring. Once we arrived, we were brought directly into a room, which I truly appreciated. Sitting in a waiting room with a sick pet only adds stress, so this made a big difference. I wanted to take a moment to appreciate Chahrazed at the front desk. Visiting the vet can sometimes be stressful, but her warm welcome immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly friendly, organized and knowledgeable. A true asset to the clinic!
I want to express my deepest gratitude to this clinic , but specially to Chahrazed for the extraordinary care and compassion she showed during one of the most difficult moments of my life.
