Can’t say enough good things about this place! I wish I remembered to ask for her name, but from the second I walked in, the woman at the front desk was so warm and comforting, I was pretty emotional so it was so amazing to have someone so lovely there who made me feel like everything was going to be okay. I got taken in immediately and the vets got right to work checking my little girl out with such kindness and care. Excellent service. Customer service with Shahrzad was exceptional: very kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with (French, Arabic, and even other languages on site — no communication issues). A special thanks to Amir Hossein Emami (veterinary technician) as well as the veterinarian: fast, efficient, and very reliable service. I just got home after visiting with my exotic bird vet, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.
