I tried to fill out their application for a doctor on line as they are accepting new patients only to run into issues with their website when entering my birth date. It gives you today calender so then you have to scroll back to many many times to arrive at your birth date then when you click set the sight bounces back to the current date. Also the website will not let you enter it in manually. I called the office to ask for paper copy of the application but they only do online application. The staff was amazing in caring, listening, friendly and was efficient.
Really bad experience…came first time on Wednesday afternoon and told me to come back for walk in Friday morning 8.30am …then I came back on Friday morning 8.30am telling me that the walk in closed today …paid parking twice…so disorganized…very disappointing
I went for a walkin, it was quick. Unfortunately they are relocating to different location
