Not even 1 star deserving place . What does clinic means ? Its not a restaurant... its a place were people go if they are not at there best of health . If you get treated as if you are at wrong place without any purpose. I went there due to sever dizziness and not feeling good . She did not even take my vitals , I was told directly that they cannot treat me and I have to go to ER . What ? You did not even touch me . While not listed anywhere, walk ins only start at 2 pm. They’d rather send you out then try and help

I went to this walk-in clinic and was disappointed by the attitude of the receptionists. I completely understand that they have a heavy workload and deal with many patients every day, but that doesn’t justify the cold attitude or the lack of willingness to help. I was simply asking basic questions in a respectful manner, and unfortunately, I didn’t receive the same level of respect or friendliness in return. Firstly, I have a lot of nice things to say about the clinic in general. The clinic is convenient, clean and the reception staff and nurses have always been very kind. I find my appointments are either on time or just a short wait after the scheduled time but that is not bothersome to me and not abnormal. My favourite thing about this clinic is the ability to get appointments quickly and when you need them and the online booking process.
