For a walk in clinic, your posted hours are critical. Hours in google maps didn’t align when I showed up. Was told they always change their hours. Great!
前台接线员态度极度恶劣！对于一个生病患者来说，语气和态度足以加深患者的病情！非常糟糕！
药房只有一个人，而且没有lineup的标识，工作人员也完全不在乎你是否在排队。工作效率非常低下，医生也不会把处方纸给到病人手上，直接发给药房。建议这边看病的病人直接问医生要处方去别的地方拿药，因为等药房的这个讲粤语的妹子会等到天荒地老
我认为诊所的前台非常难以沟通，不仅服务态度差，而且业务水平不足。我在该诊所就诊，需要根据诊所出局的化验单据前往其他诊所进行额外的检查，但是前台中年龄的女士对King Square Medical Centre出具的化验单解释错误，导致我前往了错误的诊所。此外前台的另一位年轻女士和年长女士还有矛盾，所以一旦工作涉及到这两人间切换就会出问题，导致不得不重新办理。这个诊所是我见过前台服务特别差的。 I find the front desk at this clinic really hard to deal with.
