我认为诊所的前台非常难以沟通，不仅服务态度差，而且业务水平不足。我在该诊所就诊，需要根据诊所出局的化验单据前往其他诊所进行额外的检查，但是前台中年龄的女士对King Square Medical Centre出具的化验单解释错误，导致我前往了错误的诊所。此外前台的另一位年轻女士和年长女士还有矛盾，所以一旦工作涉及到这两人间切换就会出问题，导致不得不重新办理。这个诊所是我见过前台服务特别差的。 I find the front desk at this clinic really hard to deal with. 今天带孩子去看医生等了很长时间了，感觉不对，以前等五到十分钟就到了，孩子都等很累了，赶紧去前台问，第一次去前台问，说前面还有一个，我们继续等，又等了好久前面都进去5个人了，还没到我，又跑去前台问，另一个前台小姐姐查了一下电脑立马去找医生，医生看了电脑，说电脑系统出了问题看不见我孩子的名字，然后马上就看，医生还一直说＂对不起＂让我们等那么长时间。这个医生真的很好，很有耐心，看好后还会问你还有什么问题要问吗？前台小姐姐也很好。谢谢
Waited there for about 50 minutes after the time booked, arrived on time. Two patients ahead of me. Don’t expect to wait for such a long time. Otherwise nothing unexpected. UPDATE: front desk called me the day after to apologize the long waiting time and explained the reason with very good attitude. They also told me they have followed up with doctor and work together to improve it, I can see they're making good effort to make it better. Changing my review from 2 to 3 stars.
