Customer Care was the worst I ever experienced...over the phone and in person.
My son was instructed to come here and have a TB test read. The TB test was done in Gig Harbor on Thursday and they said to go to Tacoma and have it read on Saturday. When he arrived they refused to see him or even look at his arm, all it would have taken would be a glance at the arm and a quick note in the chart but both the receptionist and head nurse refused to do something that simple. Absolutely horrible. A waiting room of about 15-20 people, and only one lab tech working. As the only lab tech, blood draws took hours. She called people in by groups, and the wait was a nightmare. I have no idea why they would only have one person working, but the wait ridiculous. One tech to draw blood?
