Came to visit the clinic for an injury on my hand. The professional there to assist was by herself, attending to multiple patients with one being rather ill. Given the situation, the attendant was the definition of professionalism while achieving maximum productivity by greeting patients with a warm smile in-between providing care. The wait time was extensive but, with reasons that were understandable. She was by herself and an individual was very sick.
