They use un-sterile needles and exposed patients to HIV and hepatitis over the past 6 years. Unbelievably dangerous practise to reuse needles like that. Shame on you.
Following an investigation, Halton Region Public Health identified improper infection prevention and control practices involving the use of unsterile needles with multidose vials of local anesthetic medication (freezing). This practice may have occurred intermittently between January 1, 2019, and July 17, 2025.
Dr. Tim was very helpful and informative, and even called to follow up the next day. Had a great experience.
After telling the doctor I have dealt with staph many times he kept insisting it wasn’t. I asked for a cream that was anti bacterial and anti fungal. My infection has now gotten significantly worse, the medication was 70 and it wasn’t even an anti bacterial and anti fungal cream. Do not go here
