Completely useless since they don't do walk in anymore. With my kind of schedule I cannot get appointment
Today, I took my son to this walking clinic for leg pain. From the moment we approached the reception, the receptionist displayed a distinct lack of genuine interest in helping us, coupled with a consistently condescending tone. She informed me they only see patients by appointment, seemingly annoyed that I hadn't already known, and pointed to the empty waiting room as "proof." the doctor misdiagnosed my pneumonia for a throat infection. he failed to listen to my lungs which would’ve immediately gave it away. also prescribed me for the wrong antibiotics had it even been a throat infection, instead he gave me the one used to treat UTIs. clearly has no idea what he’s doing, do not recommend!
I booked an appointment for Saturday morning and it was closed. Not even a call back to cancel or anything. What customer service is doing? If any. This is the next level of disrespectful.
I want to say that Dr. Jackson is the best doctor I’ve ever gone to. But the reception has some booking issues which should be fixed. I’ve been going to this clinic for about 9 months and almost all my appointments have been rescheduled. Almost every time a few days before my appointment or even day of I get a call letting me know I need reschedule my appointment because they are closed the day they booked me for or the doctor is on vacation.
