I went there in the beginning of August and was sent to urgent care. No biggie. Well out of the blue I got a bill sent to my email stating a no show fee. When I called not only was the woman rude but she wouldn't stop talking long enough so I could explain. However she talked enough to let me know it's in the paperwork we sign (I assume no show fee) only I never made a follow up appointment. I called billing after figuring it out on my own since the lady hung up. I am very stressed out ATM and she wouldn't listen so yea I sa... read more
