I have never had any problems here. Everyone has always been nice. Yesterday I saw Nancy, a nurse practitioner , who was the absolute nicest, most caring medical professional I've ever had here. I appreciated how kind she was. Thank you Nancy.
I’ve been here various times for illness since I moved back home to Altoona. Very quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen multiple doctors in the office as well. Dr Cleveland was wonderful and very kind. Thank you for providing exceptional care to the community
Several people complaining about you breaking HIPAA. It’s all over Facebook. This is after I reported you for doing the same thing. Your nurses talking about people and making fun of them in front of other patients? When I read about this it didn’t even surprise me. Fix yourselves, the community comes to you for help. You degrade people. The guy who takes the complaints doesn’t care either.
Idk what happened to this place it use to be so welcoming professional and consistent then again it’s UPMC it’s falling apart now it’s 45 mins to an hour wait patients walk out the front desk staff so busy talking and laughing placing food orders they don’t even remember the patients saying they are leaving they’ll ask what’s your name ok I’ll let them know but forget it soon as your out the door then they put you in the back forget about you until you open the door to your room and stand there then it’s oh sir we will be ri... read more
Nice place. Worst place. We have had people try to steal things from our vehicles. Random guy asked us if we want some drugs. Then a guy backed into my car , told us that he knew the police and told us he would have us locked up. Smashed into our vehicle again then drove off. Since it's a public place the officer walking around said there is nothing they can do.
