Had an emergency where my blood pressure was high and I lost my hearing. 4 hours of waiting for a 5 minute “chat”, they did not give me any medicine or resources beside a referral to an ENT, which did not see me until 4 days later. I don’t understand why quality health service was not provided.
Not sure why they are there. Drove ten miles there and their terminal doesn’t work, all they could do is tell me to install the app on my phone and I made the call from my phone. Waited for the prescription and they sent it to the wrong pharmacy.
My son tried to go here twice and both times their system wasn’t working. Not sure if anything is being done to fix it.
