Came here at baycare urgent care refused to see me only to be told the system was broken lol baycare is a complete joke . All these facilities and services but ZERO patient care
Place is a joke. Should be called “wait and see care” definitely not urgent. I’ve been the first in line on a Saturday and didn’t see a doctor for 45 minutes. Now I’m 3rd in line and it will be 1-1/2 hours before seeing a doctor. 4 different nurses are sitting around talking to one another. Do your job!
