While I appreciate the convenience of being able to get seen immediately for a sinus infection, I did have one issue. The doctor accidentally made a mistake on the amount of pills for a prescription so that Publix was unable to fill it. I was unable to call the doctor back because the system has it as a blocked number. Publix was unable to get ahold of the physician either, so unfortunately, I was unable to get one of my prescriptions for a sinus infection.
STAY FAR AWAY!!!! Dr Tina Van Doren was so rude that she made my 15 year old daughter cry. So mean. While my wife and daughter were waiting 45 min in the waiting room a young boy passed out and laid on the floor and the nurse just rolled her eyes. What an awful experience.
Prescribed wrong antibiotics to a cost over $100 instead of my simple Azithromycin 25 mg for $3.00 Pharmacist told me to call them back and that took 4 days and over 6 or 7 phone calls. It only got worse after that. Will never use them again. They also charged my credit card for three visits when I only spent less than 5 minutes on the phone with a doctor who refused to answer his calls and emails for 4 days All I had was a sore throat and a swollen gland
Provider was available quickly and visit was good.
