I hate giving bad reviews , but this place is the worst. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes in a room after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Jessica makes you feel like you are wasting her time if you have questions. I always go with notes and all my meds for them to make sure everything is correct. My last visit I was told to look two different things up online and do whatever I wanted. My meds got sent to my pharmacy and 3 out of the 4 completely wrong. 1 double the dosage and 1 was 1/3 of the dosage. Called and was tol... read more
Fast and easy to use. The doctor was nice and thorough in his questions. The camera angle for him to see me was a little too high, but probably because of the chair. I was a little disappointed that my insurance didn't go through, the boxes didn't correspond with my numbers, but the pharmacy staff said it's something that is being worked on. Overall I was very pleased with the experience.
Unable to have Dr on kiosk screen ; Did NOT take my health ins card info ..Humana ..DID NOT ADJUST BILL to Co pay ( charged full price .NO SERVICE ON SCREEN DR) Expexted Hsd to go to URGENT CARE AFTER (;By Pharmacist PLEASE FIX KIOSK MACHINE !!
All the equipment was trashed and a Dr never showed up.
