Absolutely disgusted with the service of this place. They do not care about their clients at all. Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago for severe anxiety and depression to be addressed after trying to cope with it on my own for years. Hit two accidents on the way to my appointment and called them to let them know I would be 5-10 minutes late. They told me they were canceling my appointment and I would have to reschedule! Not a walk in it should not be advertised as a walk in it in a publix and is a tela health That doesn't even work the computer is broken if I could I wouldn't even give it one star it is not a health center it is a little area in publix pharmacy with a computer screen that they said isn't working.
Doctor had trouble hearing thu the virtual visit. Said he would send over a script for an antibiotic. Waited an hour. Nothing came into the pharmacy.
