I was able to get in with a reasonable wait time and everyone was extremely courteous. Probably waited for about 15-20 mins before being called back and after the nurse checked me out it was probably another 5 min wait. For a walk in clinic that is pretty good in my experience. Extremely happy they were open till 6 pm so I could go after work to not miss time.
Worst care I’ve ever received! Seen Friday. Monday I call as having same symptoms and antibiotics make me sick. They sent the incorrect test! So, they resend the “correct” test…next day, Tuesday, the lab did not run the test because they tell me they had to fill out a form?? So now, I have to wait yet another day to get the test completed-in the meantime they REFUSED to call me in a different prescription!!! WORST CARE EVER!!! DON’T GO THERE!!! I have never had a bad experience at this urgent care. From the front desk (Taylor) to the PA (Neal Cabaniss, PA-C) I was treated with care, compassion & concern. Sometimes they run late due to unforeseen emergencies, but you have to be patient, and the care is worth it. I especially liked P.A. Neal.
Feel free to go to this walk in with the kindest and most knowledgeable staff.
I appreciate the superb level of the check in, the diagnosis, and the check out process. I appreciate the level of attention given to hear my ailment. Although I was given a choice of treatment, I was more than happy to defer to the prescribed treatment offered by the nurse practitioner!
