Very unprofessional nurses. Stated and I quote “we don’t do kids here” and “this isn’t a walk in” it says walk in on the door.. very snippy to one asking questions about why we they can’t see my child. Total disaster.
Waste of time. Long waits. Rushed during visits. Or if you show up around 1:30 they’ll tell you that they can’t see any more patients until 2:45 or after. Second time I’ve been told they can’t see me. Recommend going to Guthrie 7am-7pm no hour+ long lunch breaks. Nothing more frustrating than rushing to a clinic for your sick child just to keep searching. I can promise this clinic doesn’t care about people just their $$$.
Pretty quick most of the time. Staff very friendly and accommodating
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical facility here. I came in with symptoms that should’ve been handled with real infection-control precautions, and instead I was told I was wrong about basic CDC guidelines. When I mentioned that technically both of us should be self-isolating until results and that surfaces should be disinfected, they dismissed it like it didn’t matter.
