Took my 2 year old daughter in after she had some pretty severe swelling in her knee a couple days after a tick bite and wasn’t acting herself at all. Was completely brushed off and told the swollen knee was “unrelated to the tick bite.” After I asked for antibiotics anyway just to be safe, the Dr there told me he didn’t think it was “necessary and didn’t recommend it.” This was a Saturday. Great Doctors, great care
Very unprofessional nurses. Stated and I quote “we don’t do kids here” and “this isn’t a walk in” it says walk in on the door.. very snippy to one asking questions about why we they can’t see my child. Total disaster.
Waste of time. Long waits. Rushed during visits. Or if you show up around 1:30 they’ll tell you that they can’t see any more patients until 2:45 or after. Second time I’ve been told they can’t see me. Recommend going to Guthrie 7am-7pm no hour+ long lunch breaks. Nothing more frustrating than rushing to a clinic for your sick child just to keep searching. I can promise this clinic doesn’t care about people just their $$$.
