Kaitlyn was great! Very attentive and thorough. I wish she was a primary care physician. Staff were very kind and caring.
I have been here a handful of times over the last couple years for both myself and my daughter. Thankfully we have always gotten in pretty quick and I’ve been pretty impressed with the quality of care and patience they provided to my daughter who is afraid of doctors. Kaitlyn Hubbard has always been our go to she is amazing and takes the time to listen and treat you not push you through the door as another person. I took my daughter here because she had a sore throat and her ear was hurting. The strep test was negative. They looked in her ears real quick and said nothing about it. I asked and they told me she could go to school the next day . She still wasn’t feeling well so I took her to her pediatrician the next morning and the strep test there was positive. They said they’ve had other people coming from mymichigan also with negative strep tests and then testing positive at the doctors office. And my daughter also had an ear infecti... read more
