This place is a dumpster fire !!!! If I could give this place a negative star I would ! My wife actually had a fractured ankle !!!! Waited 3 -1/2 hours with my wife and had never been triaged nor had they offered a ice pack when I asked the lady at window why had 12 other people gone in front of us after we were already been there she had a snarky answer . This place is AMAZING!! The Care they provide for their patients is incredible. Everyone is Super Nice. Shout out to Matt Neumann (doctor) and Chloe (Nurse). You both were amazing and took such great care of me and took time to discuss everything and answer my questions- THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I would highly recommend this facility. I've been multiple times and have received Excellent care. They were so slammed back at Christmas time and yes, I waited 5 hours to be seen but they were extremely thorough. First time random visit, and I found them to be kind, courteous, and understanding of my situation, and they helped me greatly.
Been here multiple times over the years and other than horrific wait times (I get it, not my complaint) I have always been treated with only a few issues here and there. Woke up today having problems with my asthma, and realized my inhalers were either expired or empty. I did not want to go in and wait and risk sitting in more germs since I was already having issues breathing.
