It took a while to be seen which is fine, it happens but when I got back to be seen and all the general stuff was answered I was berated by the doctor saying I should’ve been wearing a mask at work so I didn’t get sick when she didn’t have one walking into my room. Then I was prescribed a medicine I’m allergic to under a different name. So I’m definitely not taking any more of that and not going to go back either. This place is a dumpster fire !!!! If I could give this place a negative star I would ! My wife actually had a fractured ankle !!!! Waited 3 -1/2 hours with my wife and had never been triaged nor had they offered a ice pack when I asked the lady at window why had 12 other people gone in front of us after we were already been there she had a snarky answer . We finally left went to centra bedford and was immediately seen and diagnosed with a fracture thru x ray it will be my life’s mission to deter anyone from going to this cv... read more
This place is AMAZING!! The Care they provide for their patients is incredible. Everyone is Super Nice. Shout out to Matt Neumann (doctor) and Chloe (Nurse). You both were amazing and took such great care of me and took time to discuss everything and answer my questions- THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I would highly recommend this facility. I've been multiple times and have received Excellent care. They were so slammed back at Christmas time and yes, I waited 5 hours to be seen but they were extremely thorough.
