Gentleman was very helpful
The dealer was better than most. I didn’t get a whole lot of sales talk and pushiness. However, the car I went to see had electric tape over the check engine light and I found that most troubling. The car also needed to have its timing belt changed as part of regular maintenance and the belt was overdue by 27,000 miles. The dealer was willing to extend the warranty but not changing the timing belt seems like nonsense. If the timing belt breaks he would have to do far more extensive repairs under warranty. While I did not purchase a vehicle at Wali's, the proprietor was polite and very low pressure. He instructed me to take the vehicle on as long of a test- drive as I needed. I would check Wali's in the future when I need another vehcile.
A little slow with info
Dealer did email me within 24 hours to come out for test drive. The car itself wasn't what I had expected. It was sitting a while so the brakes and wheels were rough since it had rained the past several days. But something overall dos seem wrongn with the brakes as the noises did not leave after braking several times... May just be the technology with the Prius but not sure.
