My heads gonna explode I was busy all day and called to check on prescriptions my doctors sent over hours ago. Only to wait patiently as they had to talk to manager after manager to find out they “don’t fill controlled medications”. So they won’t fill my ADHD meds. I’m confused because why the hell is it called Specialty Pharmacy then?
Have used this specialty pharmacy for about a year. Very diligent and professional service.
They never have my time-sensitive, urgent prescription ready, even hours after it’s been called in by doc office. There’s also rodent droppings everywhere on the floor in the waiting, drop off and checkout areas
