I’ve been using this specialty pharmacy for nearly a year and have a great experience every time. They have saved me multiple times when I’ve needed medications in a pinch. I wish all Walgreens locations were like this one.

What a difference Walgreens Specialty made for me delivering an expensive medication for a $0 co-pay. My coverage had been terrible elsewhere (over $800 co-pay), so I tried Walgreens and within 2 days had coverage confirmed, prior authorization tracked down and my medication ready to pick up fully covered. Their team was THE BEST. Thank you!
What an absolute nightmare this company is. Repeated calls, circular bs, no communication with each other. No notes unless you force them to read or open the file if you can get to the right department. We are in a losing race for our health. Especially with organizations like this. I don't have one good word to say about this company
Never knew of a “specialty pharmacy.” I was directed there due to a prescription my doctor ordered that required “prior authorization.” Once this process was completed, I picked up my med with absolutely no problem. Quick, convenient, efficient. A+ service.
