Walgreen's just went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I called to say that I could not pick up my specialty prescription for several days. The person I spoke with indicated that would not be a problem and then immediately noticed the high co-pay of nearly $500 remaining on my prescription. She then offered to enroll me in a government program that would reduce the co-pay to zero if I qualified and also offered to ship the prescription to me via FedEx since I live more than an hour away from the pharmacy. I wasn't sure how to answer as this was a mail delivery. However W Specialty contacted me about this med and I was totally satisfied with the Rep. She was extremely nice n well informed me on the details of the delivery. She also said that if I had any questions to please call back. You don't get patience everyday. Thanks so much!!!
Nice little pharmacy. Solid service. That door chime is LOUD and annoying as heck; I'm sure it drives them nuts, too!
