This was an over-the-phone pharmacy transaction with overnight specialty prescription delivery and it went perfectly. The pharmacy tech was phenomenal but I can’t recall her name. She helped me on 4/9/26 at 1:15 pm, #21142, so you can find her name. She went above and beyond helping with co-pay assistance, smooth transitioning from Florida to Maryland and more. I received this prescription overnight the next day. Kudos to her.
