Not one person that answers the phone knows what they are doing. It has taken me 2 weeks of calling and still don’t have my medication. Also they told me they were retrying my copay information but never did. Lied to me right over the phone
My medication was out of stock at my usual Walgreens. I used the Walgreens app to transfer my prescription to this store. It stated my order would be available 12/23 at 12 noon. I checked the app at12:30 the message said running late we’ll keep you updated. I continued to check every hour but there was no change in the status. The pharmacy was near closing so I called. I was told that this was a specialty pharmacy and they were never going to fill my prescription. I don’t understand why Walgreens list this location as an opt... read more

I have been using Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy in Charlotte for 2 1/2 years for some specific medications. I always have great customer service regardless of the person helping me. The best pharmacy experience anyone could ever hope for. Thank you.
