Always has my medicine ready on time, great phone service too. No lines at 9 am.
All I can say is try to be patient. Extremely slow and stressful environment. Employees can be argumentative even with paperwork in front of them. In fact they can be downright rude and mean. Don’t expect it anytime soon even in emergency circumstances. Again not a customer orientated business.
