The first time I sent an rx here was by accident, and it’s the best thing I ever did. This pharmacy is staffed by the most efficient, organized and thoughtful humans. Renewing a particular rx each time used to be stressful because few pharmacies would have the full amount or it would take longer and cut it too close so I’d be nervous I’d run out. This pharmacy calls ME in advance. They answer their phone. The service is unparalleled in St. Louis. Best pharmacy I’ve been a customer of throughout my entire life.
The first time I went to pick up my medication here they told me in a very roundabout way that I can’t just pick up one medication from them & that I had to transfer all of my medications to them. Which I learned was false but I did it anyway to avoid confrontation next time. Probably the best pharmacy I have experienced. I travel out of the country for 3-6 months a year so medications are always challenging with insurance because some medications they will only allow a monthly refill. These guys without me asking call the insurance company and organise the ability for me to take 3 months away with me. Extremely professional, receptive and knowledgeable. Truly incredible!
This pharmacy is hands down the best you will find in STL! Many don’t know about the location as it is inside of a medical building off Hampton, however I I was lucky to find them a few years ago after moving back to STL. I didn’t realize where I filled my scripts made much of a difference until I found this pharmacy. They truly have gone above and beyond to help me understand and manage my medications.
