Horrible service! Just watched the women talk for 25 minutes. When my medication was suppose to be done Friday and it’s now Tuesday next week.
My doctor sent my pain meds to this location to be filled .The Pharmacist who filled my meds had an issue with my insurance ,so he called and informed me to get my Doctor to rewrite the script so my insurance will accept it.I did that and he told me every thing was fine and I could pick up my Meds .I called before I left home to make sure my meds were ready and was told yes.When I arrived the girl Tiwanna refused to give me my meds until my doctor call her and explain to her why she doesn't prescribe me another medication. Very Nice People.
Over the last 2 years the service of the pharmacy have declined a great deal. I'm on 3rd store, Frederick Rd, the new people in the pharmacy were a joke. Then I move to Reisterstown Rd., they couldn't get any of my medication correct at all even 1 they shortage me 45 pills. Then I move to Baltimore National Pike they were going pretty good. Now they are ordering medication that I have asked them too. 3 times I have asked them not refill medication unless I requested. Don't listen at to me.
