Absolutely terrible staff here. Go somewhere else... Anywhere else...
Prescription was sent to them at 3:30. My husband went to pick it up for our son at 7:45. She said they couldn’t fill it because they were about to close and was very rude. Infuriated to say the least.
With an area Walgreens closing and transferring to another, I've experienced: exceptionally long delays in reaching the pharmacy by phone as well as trying to get valid refills filled by the automated system. It does not seem to matter which pharmacy, each seemingly allow calls to continuously roll over instead of picking up calls and asking someone if they can wait. I had to switch to this pharmacy, even though it's a much longer drive from my house and my job. The Walgreens near my house (at Lake Acworth Dr) can never consistently get my medication in by the day the prescription is due. 4 months ago, after this had happened again for the umpteenth time, I called around and found that the Mars Hill location had a partial quantity in stock, so I had it switched over to them. Best pharmacy. Very high volume but they're quick and accurate. Staff is friendly, professional, and always has an answer. I have to take a an rx and they always have it in stock for meas the other pharmacies wouldn't even take the time to order my rx. The pharmacists actually do care on top of it all. Thank you !!
